Using of Di- and Triorganotin(IV) complexes as photostabilizer for poly(vinyl chloride)

      Four organotin complexes containing furosemide as a ligand (L), Ph3SnL, Me2SnL2, Bu2SnOHL and Bu2SnL2, were synthesized in alcoholic medium.These complexes are:

Dimethyltin di-[4-hloro-2-(furan-2-ylmethylamino)-5-sulfamoylbenzoic acid], Me2SnL2

Dibutyltin di-[ 4-chloro-2-(furan-2-ylmethylamino)-5-sulfamoylbenzoic acid], Bu2SnL2

Dibutyltin hydroxy [4-chloro-2-(furan-2-ylmethylamino)-5-sulfamoylbenzoic acid], Bu2SnOHL


Bioactive Sphingolipids and metabolizing enzymes in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia and malignant prostate cancer

       Bioactive Sphingolipids an important molecules of structural and signaling lipids. In this study was highlight on new biomarkers uses to investigate prostate cancer by using new method HPLC fluorescence detector to measure concentration and activity enzymes sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase enzyme (SPL) and Acid Ceramidase enzyme (AC) by used new material (BODIPY) aromatic structural is binding with enzymes and give fluorophore product sensitive by HPLC fluorescence detector in patients have BPH and PC in serum and tissue and comparing with healthy men as (control).


Amino Acids as Corrosion Inhibitors for Carbon Steel in Saline Solution

   The present research involves potentiostatic investigation of the corrosion behavior of carbon steel alloy in saline (3.5% NaCl) solution.The general pattern and the experimental techniques used could be
classified into three different aspects as follows:
1. The corrosion behavior of carbon steel specimen in saline solution (blank) and in the presence of inhibitors (Val, Ser, Trp and Lys) at pH (2 and 11) with various temperatures ranging between (293313)K from the polarization curves over a range of potentials (700to-300)volt.

Synthesis and Corrosion Inhibition Study of some Heterocyclic Compounds

New Schiff's bases with 1,2,4-triazole ring (3a-j) have been synthesized from 4-(4'-amino-5-mercapto-4H-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-yl) phenol (2) which is obtained from 4-hydroxybenzohydrazide (1) by a cyclization reaction as shown in (scheme 3-1). Infrared spectroscopy and 1H NMR spectroscopy were used to characterize the structures of synthesized compounds.
