Biochemical Variations associated with Oxalate and Urate kidney stones
The current study has been done to detect the physiological and environmental factors that influence the kidney stones formation (calcium oxalate stones and uric acid stones).Biochemical tests in sera and 24 hrs. urine include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, citrate, oxalate, urea, creatinine, glucose, cholesterol, pH and total urine volume were measured in evaluation of nephrolithasis.
Photostabiliztion of poly(vinylchloride) by bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazole) complexes
In this work , Bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazole) chelate complexes were prepared . These compounds are:
1- Bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazol) nickel(II).
2- Bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazol) copper(II).
3- Bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazol) zinc(II).
4- Bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazol) cadmium(II).
5- Bis(2-amino acetate benzothiazol) tin(II).
Synthesis and Biological activity of Five and Six Membered Heterocyclic Deterivatives
This work involves synthesis of different five and six member heterocyclic rings starting from phenyl acetic acid. This work is divided into four different parts:
First part:
This part involved the synthesis of phthalazin-3,8-dione [7] and pyridazin-3,6-dione [6], pyrazole [4,5] and thiadiazole[8] derivative derived from phenyl acetyl hydrazide[3] . as shown in scheme I.
Second part:
ٍٍٍStudy of s properties for vitamins solutions in aqueous and acidic media over temerature range (293.15-308.15)ome physical
This study concened with the study of solute-solvent interaction of vitamins:[Ascorbic Acid, pantothenic Acid,Folic acid,Thiamine and Pyridoxne] as solutes in water and in hydrochloric acid solution (0.1 mol.L 1) as solvents This study coverd experimental measurements using Anton Paar (DMA 60/602) densimeter, as well as theoretical caculatoins concerning partial molal volume, and some related parameters,a comparison and discussion was made in the light of these mesurements.
Evaluation & Synthesis Of Azole & Pyrimidine Derivatives As Chemotherapeutic Agents Against Dermatophyte Diseases
Chemotherapy is the science of selective toxicity. The goal of chemotherapeutic treatement is to selectively attenuate or destrory pathogenic microorganisms or cells with minimal side effects to the host . These target cells or organisms may be bacteria , viruses , fungi , or tumor cells .
Electrochemical Studies At Room Temperature Ionic Liquid Of Choline Chloride/ Tartaric Acid
The oxidation-reduction behavior of the newly prepared choline chloride/d-tartaric acid ionic liquid was studied by electrolysis at 25°C to 95°C with applied voltages of 0.5 to 5 volts. This ionic liquid was found stable up to 45°C and 5 volts as only showed small changes in current density. But, at 65°C the liquid showed noticeable unstable behavior particularly at or above 2.5 volt, which increased at higher temperature with increase conducting too.
Synthesis, Structural Synthesis, Structural Synthesis, Structural Synthesis, Structural Biological Studies Biological StudiesBiological Studies Biological Studies and and and and theoretical treatment of new chelating ligand with theoretical treatment
A new ligand have been prepared in this work, which was chosen to synthesis a new set of transition metal complexes [Mn(ІІ),Co (II), Ni (II),Cu(ІІ),Zn(ІІ),Hg (II),Cd (II),Pd(ІІ), Cr(ІІІ) and Rh (IІI)].
Synthesis, Structural ,And Anti bacterial Activity Studies of Some Transition Metal Complexes of New Some Trithiocarbonate Derivatives
The new ligands have been prepared in this work (potassium 2carbomethoxy amino 5-5trithiocarbonate 1,3,4-thiadiazole ) (LI) was prepared from 2-carbomethoxy amino-5-mercapto 1,3,4-thiadiazole with CS2 in alkali media , while the second ligand was prepared from 2-N(4-N,N-dimethylamino benzyliden)-5-mercapto 1,3,4-thiadiazole with CS and in alkali media to obtain potassium 2-N( 4-N,N-dimethylaminobenzyliden )4-trithiocarbonate 1,3,4thiadiazole ( LII).The products were isolated and characterized by appropriate physical measurement , vibratio
Synthesis and biological activity of Some amino acid and Barbituric acid derivatives via Schiff's bases
This work involves synthesis and biological activity of some amino and barbituric acid derivatives via shiff bases. This work is divided into six different parts:
Part One:
This part involved the synthesis of different shiff bases [1] by reaction of the aniline with benzaldehyde and its derivatives.
Part Two:
Coordination of some transition metal ion complexes in choline chloride/tartaric acid room temperature ionic liquid
Some transition metal chlorides, CrCl3.6H2O, FeClO,CoCl2.6H2O, NiCl2.6H2O and CuCl2.2HO were investigated spectroscopically in the newly prepared choline chloride/ tartaric acid ionic liquid at room temperature.
