Experiencing the United States since the invasion of Afghanistan (2001 ) , and the invasion and occupation of Iraq (2003 ) , and the consequences of the failure of its policy in the two countries , a state of decline and retreat at the global level , therefore the makers of U.S. foreign policy to work on restructuring the deployment American abroad militarily , financially and politically in order to serve U.S. interests , and cooperation with U.S.

What is smart power? What kind of power is it? Is it really a new form of power? How many forms, features, and shapes does it take? How can we recognize and manage it? How do scholars describe it? This thesis aims to answer these and other questions regarding the dimension of ower with a specific focus on smart power. First of all, I will contextualize smart power, touching on the debate of power as an academic and political concept. Secondly, the idea is to investigate how power manifests itself in the realms of international and social relations.

منذ نشوء المجتمعات الإنسانية تفاعل المدرك الفردي مع المدرك الجمعي لتنظيم الجهود لتغيير البيئة المحيطية والسيطرة عليها بعد اختيار أو انتخاب القيادة ، فتكونت الجماعة السياسية الأولى المجتهدة لإحداث التغيير الذي يعدُّجوهر النظام الثقافي للشعوب في التكيف مع البيئة المحيطية لتطويرالحياة البشرية، ولإشباع الحاجات الأساسية للأفراد والجماعات جاء النظام الاقتصادي لتقسيم الأعمال وتنظيمها وتبادل الحاجات والسلع،ولأن طوعية وتلقائية وغريزية العلاقات البشرية الأسرية والإقتصادية والثقافية تحتاج إلى التهذيب والانضباط في آكتساب المعارف والرعاية البدنية،فجاء النظام الأخلاقي والتعليمي والصحي لبقاء حياة الجماعة
