PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NEW HPLC STATIONARY PHASE

New stationary phase for high performance liquid chromatography had beenprepared by the reaction of congo red solution with amberlite anion exchange. The F.T.I.R elemental analyses have configured the attachment of congo redon the resin as has indicated by the physical appearance of the new resin. The resin capacities of newly prepared resin has calculated the resin capacityfor the amberlite-congo red resin was found to average 7.36 meq/ gm and for the amberlite resin 3.0 meq./gm.The new stationary phase has been packed into stainless steel column.

Construction and Study of New Ion Selective Electrodes for the Determination Promethazine Hydrochloride and Indium (III)

Ion selective electrodes (ISEs) are part of group of relatively simple and inexpensive analytical tools which are commonly referred to as sensors.  The pH electrode is the most well known and simplest member of this group and can be used to illustrate the basic principles of ion selective electrodes [1].  Also, ISE is a transducer sensor which converts the activity of  a specific ion dissolved  in
