Abstract: The data security can be enhanced by using IPSec/VPN policies. In this work the task of encryption are integrated to provide the higher level of security services. The work has focused on the tunnel technique to be the core of the proposed VPN. A tunnel is a way to transfer data that can be enclosed by the corresponding tunnel protocol (IPSec tunnel mode). Raw socket software programming interface has been implemented to send and receive IP datagrams throughput the network.

Several types of laser are used in laser angioplasty and in experimental works to study the effects of laser on blood vessel and blood clot.
