  Image and video classifications, are important problems in multimedia content understand that requires bridging the gap between the target semantic categories, or classes, and the low-level visual descriptors that can be automatically obtained.

       The process of the characteristic feature extraction is one of the adopted techniques for the purpose of pattern recognition in the images.

In this thesis, a method for color image watermarking is suggested. It requires the original image for watermark extraction.
