A neural network-based signature recognition system

Abstract : The problem of Signature recognition which is a very special case of image analysis describes how to design a system that extracts the features efficiently and verified the signature perfectly. Thus, most of our attention is devoted to develop preprocessing the signature's image, features extraction techniques, and the classification method. In this work, a robust technique for the off-line signature verification problem in practical application is presented. It possesses many important advantages especially in image processing and feature extraction.

Development and implementation of navigation algorithm for mobile robot

Abstract : The autonomous navigation ability and road following precision require two skills, the obstacle avoidance skill and localization and map following skill. In this thesis a mobile robot navigation system is designed. The robot is able to navigate safely and successfully in an unstructured environment relying only on uncalibrated vision camera as its only mean of perception. For obstacle avoidance, the proposed algorithm makes use of the strong points in the floor plane extraction algorithm in detecting obstacles.

Design and implementation of AI controller based on brain computer interface

Abstract : A Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) is a communication system designed to allow the users who suffering from totally paralysis to send messages or commands without sending them through the brains normal output pathway. The overall objective of this project is to design and implement an algorithm that could separate and classify task-related Electroencephalography (EEG) signal from ongoing EEG signals. The task is the movement of right or left index finger.
