Three new antibacterial ligands have been prepared in this work by the reaction of 6-amino penicillanic acid (6-APA) with terephthaladehyde, glyoxal and vanillin to produce L1, L2and L respectively.

Tamoxifen is used to treat early breast cancer in women who have already been treated with surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy. It is used to reduce the risk of developing a more serious type of breast cancer in women.
