Effect of Aspirin on Male Hormones, Testicular and Epididymal Histology In Mice

Aspirin is one of the most famous, cheapest, available and widely used drugs in the world in patient with a wide range of therapeutic uses for the treatment of inflammatory joint disease, prevention of thrombosis and many other causes due to its anti-inflammatory, analgesic antipyretic and antiplatelets effects. The present study was conducted as an attempt to study its effect on male reproduction to meagerness of scientific knowledge in this area. Aspirin was injected intraperitoneally to immature male mice at two doses: 5 and 25 mg/kg B.W.
