Prof.Dr.Hameed Majeed Jasim and Prof.Dr.Khaled Hashem Al-Abeedy participate in discussion of MA dissertation entitled “A Study of Effective Counter Measures of Hemolysis of Silver Particles which is made of extract of Zingiber plant ” in College of Education/Al-Iraqi University.The dissertation which is presented by the student Huda Muhammad Muhmood of Life Science Department aims for investigating the activating synthesis of the extract Zingiber plant and silver nanoparticles of anti-Hemolysis and characterization of the silver nanoparticles by using a set of techniques including UV-Vis and AFM.
The most important results of this study is the ability of producing the nanoparticles of the extract of Zingiber plant from natural not poisonous and inexpensive resources for a short time and water extract of Zingiber
causes Hemolysis ,so one can used it instead of Aspirin. When they injects the mice by the silver nanoparticles,it explains that it causes less hemolysis than Zingiber.
