The Director of the Total Quality Management and Institutional Performance Department at Al-Nahrain University, Dr. Zaid Akram Thabit, presents a specialized workshop entitled The Importance of Performance Evaluation in Institutional Work. The workshop is organized by the Department of Quality Management and Institutional Development in coordination with the Planning and Development Directorate at the Office of the Presidency of the Republic.
The workshop is attended by the Head of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Yahya Ghazi Al-Mohammedi, his Deputy, Mr. Izz Al-Din Majeed Mohammed Rashid, the Director General of the Planning and Development Directorate, Mr. Skafwan Murad Jundi, as well as a number of deputy directors general from all departments of the Presidency of the Republic.
The workshop addresses several key topics, including individual performance, performance indicators, institutional performance, practical application, as well as fairness, evidence-based assessment, and the evaluation of administrative leadership.
This participation comes within the framework of direct cooperation between Al-Nahrain University and major state institutions, with the aim of transferring academic and specialized expertise and applying it to consolidate the principles of objective and transparent evaluation, while enhancing the level of administrative and institutional performance.
