A delegation from the College of Information Engineering at Al-Nahrain University visits Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) as part of the college’s efforts to enhance academic cooperation and strengthen openness to international universities.
The delegation includes the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, AssistProf.Dr. Mohammed Imad Abdul Sattar, and the Head of the Technology Incubator Branch and Assistant Lecturer Israa Nadhir Jabbar. They held an official meeting with faculty officials and research center representatives to discuss the exchange of expertise, the implementation of joint research projects, the development of academic programs, as well as cooperation in the fields of modern technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
During the visit, the delegation toures advanced laboratories in the fields of artificial intelligence, control and automation systems, 3D printing, communications and networks. They commend the advanced technical level and the supportive infrastructure for research and innovation.
The visit also highlights the role of the Technology Incubator Branch in supporting students and graduates, and explored opportunities for training and employment in cooperation with international companies, with the aim of strengthening the linkage between educational outcomes and the global labor market.
