Al-Nahrain University searches for the means of shared cooperation with the Jordanian Petra University agreeing for putting a programme to perform a memorandum of understanding between the two partners to enhance the scientific research ,developing the academic capabilities of the two universities which participate in reaching the recognizable scientific achievements serving the academic and scientific communities in both countries.

The Meeting includes a set of dimensions ,the most important one is the agreement between the two partners on activating the scientific partnership by shared supervision between the instructors, making shared researches between the researchers as well as the human and financial experts and capabilities of the two universities which are useful for the scientific activities of high quality and the President of the university guides them to form a shared committee between the two universities to carry out the agreement.
The President of Al-Nahrain University declares that the agreement is an important step for enhancing the academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities ,he assures that the scientific partnership which is done opens new prospects for the shared scientific research and exchange academic supervision and this participates to raise the level of higher education ,develop the researches of high quality .He adds that the human and financial experts and capabilities of both universities enhance the capability for achieving the scientific achievements stressing about the cooperation which corresponds with the vision of Al-Nahrain University in building the bridges of the international cooperation enhancing the academic position on the international and regional levels.
