Abstract:

This thesis was Carried out on the molecular, Hormonal, pulled Hair ,and finger prints patterns Study of (AGA) Androgenetic Alopecia by Studying the Hormonal fluctuation , pedigree Analysis , protein profile , finger prints and hair sheddings for 102 Cases of males that affected with androgenetic alopecia depending on the International classification of alopecia into (mild, severe with control in different ages) The statistical analysis showed that there is an increase in the incidence rate of AGA in age range of (22-55) Hormanal study include the measurement of testosterone level and Hair regression with the severity of Androgatic Alopecia by using Radio-Immuno-assay technique (RJA) .Hair pull study included the use of Hair pull test to monitor the hair shedding. Results showed that there is an increase in the rate of Hair pull in comparison with the severity of baldness The correlation between in the normal.
