Since the establishing of the modern Iraqi country in 1921,the quick changing was accompanying to the political system in it, if the changing indicates the function of improvement, so in the Iraqi situation it might take some serious indications, because of the shape of the changing, it’s component, it’s tools, and it’s interior and external forces effecting in it, until the research in the Iraqi case became a problem itself, a problem that deals initially with the judgment of the value between acceptance and rejection to what is written in political and social conflicts based on historical ideologies and attractions that start and do not end, with what the academic script can handle, and takes it to suspicious and charges that the script does not intend, because the academic field is anon aligned field. The problem deals in a difficult way with tracking the quick changing which occurs on the political system, changing and events than might conflict from the same source itself, which gives the researcher in the Iraqi issues a big responsibility in looking for, filtering ,collecting the leads of the information, looking for it’s roots, especially if the research was in a current issue and a current political behavior ,it can not be counted as at the present time, because of the nature of the political conflict in Iraq ,it is wide opened on historical indications which may lead the research to implement it’s sources and causes which lead to political accumulation that might be expressed politically and ideology as justifications of a current political behavior. That is the research in the Iraqi issues, takes more controversial shapes when researching in the political system and the agreement democracy after 2003, as a political system still in the phase of creation, so that the research in something that has not taken the last step in the stair of evolution becomes such an academic risk, in any academic meaning will the political system will be framed and on which sample will the democracy be implemented, they are initial concepts which have to deal with it to reach a general logic to all disassembled angles of the political system in Iraq and the multiple parts and components of it. We must say that the research in the political system and agreement democracy in Iraq after 2003 and the problems that this application created, in spite of all the risks stay as a necessary need, it may be an increase in the academic field in the evolution phase, which is a national demand to which we have to adapt our researches to issues that directly deal with the homeland and attempt to identify the errors to reach more responded political system to the demands of the Iraqi citizen and the foundations of stability.
