Abstract:
Aim of The Study :- 1.To estimate the level of the tumor necrosis factor-α in sera of patients with polymyositis . And study the correlation of its serum level with other biochemical parameter. 2. To evaluate the level of the IL-1α and IL-8 in patients with polymyositis and correlate them with total creatin kinase and its isoenzyme .
3. To estimate the change in the levels of serum amylase , aspartate amino transferase , alanine aminotransferase ,C- reactive protein , rheumatoid factor, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and lactate dehydrognase , and study the relationship between them .
