Using of Di- and Triorganotin(IV) complexes as photostabilizer for poly(vinyl chloride)

Four organotin complexes containing furosemide as a ligand (L), Ph₃SnL, Me₂SnL₂, Bu₂SnOHL and Bu₂SnL₂, were synthesized in alcoholic medium.These complexes are:

Dimethyltin di-[4-hloro-2-(furan-2-ylmethylamino)-5-sulfamoylbenzoic acid], Me₂SnL₂

Dibutyltin di-[ 4-chloro-2-(furan-2-ylmethylamino)-5-sulfamoylbenzoic acid], Bu₂SnL₂

Dibutyltin hydroxy [4-chloro-2-(furan-2-ylmethylamino)-5-sulfamoylbenzoic acid], Bu₂SnOHL

Bioactive Sphingolipids an important molecules of structural and signaling lipids. In this study was highlight on new biomarkers uses to investigate prostate cancer by using new method HPLC fluorescence detector to measure concentration and activity enzymes sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase enzyme (SPL) and Acid Ceramidase enzyme (AC) by used new material (BODIPY) aromatic structural is binding with enzymes and give fluorophore product sensitive by HPLC fluorescence detector in patients have BPH and PC in serum and tissue and comparing with healthy men as (control).
