         Chemotherapy is the science of selective toxicity. The goal of chemotherapeutic treatement is to selectively attenuate or destrory pathogenic microorganisms or cells with minimal side effects to the host . These target cells or organisms may be bacteria , viruses , fungi , or tumor cells .

The  new  ligands  have  been prepared in this  work  (potassium 2carbomethoxy amino 5-5trithiocarbonate 1,3,4-thiadiazole ) (LI) was prepared from 2-carbomethoxy amino-5-mercapto 1,3,4-thiadiazole  with  CS2 in alkali media , while the second  ligand    was  prepared  from 2-N(4-N,N-dimethylamino benzyliden)-5-mercapto 1,3,4-thiadiazole  with  CS and in alkali media  to obtain potassium 2-N( 4-N,N-dimethylaminobenzyliden )4-trithiocarbonate 1,3,4thiadiazole ( LII).The  products  were  isolated  and  characterized  by  appropriate physical measurement , vibratio
