Minster of Higher Education and Scientific Research ,Prof.Dr.Nabbel Kathem Abad Sl-Sahab assures that it is necessary to commit and interest in the strategic priorities in implementing projects ,particularly development of the University environment and commit in the university plans of the primary and higher studies.
The meeting discusses the legal procurers with predatory journals and tell the responsibles about that to protect the achievements of Iraqi scientific research. Minster of Higher Education evaluates the efforts of universities and its staff ,they must to be responsible for their works and direct the studying new year according to the determined time and the academic procedures taking into consideration the missions in serving society and keep sobriety of scientific research and commit in the university plans of the primary and higher studies.
