According to the directions of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to apply the governmental programme, the president of Al-Nahrain University Prof.Dr.Muhammad Sahab Mahdi Al-Tai meets the president of Al-Mustansiriyah University ,the president of the University of Technology and the president of Al-Karkh University to discuss the academic and research cooperation between the Iraqi academic institutions and exchange the experts between them concerning the governmental programme of Ministry of higher Education and Scientific Research.
It is mentioned that Al-Nahrain University depends on the data of the governmental programme in the investment and twinning with the international diligent universities at the academic and research level following the principle of the diligence and development of science to be in the international ranking .Besides ,this meeting is held in the Presidency of Al-Karkh University.
