In his essay which is published in the impact factor website, He says that the work of spreading the Arabic language knowledge is an essential effort in order to make other peoples of other nationalities know that the Arabic efficiencies becomes more when the appropriate circumstances are available for them and this refers to the Arabic efficient scientists and creators. Thus ,we need to deliver our Arabic researches around the world and Dr.Muhammoud Abd Al-Aty thinks that we need to gather all the Arabic researches to contribute in a competition under title The Arabic Impact Factor to Achieve the Ambition of Every Researcher and Scientist as an attempt to achieve dream of every researcher and scientist who write his/her research in Arabic language overcoming all the obstacles that face them by using a practical programme and a strategic plan to complete his/her project.
Besides, the president of al-Nahrain University participates in the Executive Council Meeting for 51 session which is held in Jordan –The Arabic Universities Association on 7/10/ 2018 in which the first stage of gathering the data of the Arabic diligent journals in different human and scientific specializations and evaluation of these researches is started .The researchers of Iraq, Egypt and Algeria are determined as the most ones which have impact factor. Besides, he assures that the project goes on with the shared work and cooperation between all the Arabic universities around the world.
This project comes to achieve the vision ,message and aims of the scientific research of the Arab homeland by our administrative and academic web and we support this project by the shared work to succeed the project .
