The President of Al-Nahrain University Prof.Dr.Nabeel Abid Al-Sahib directs Architectural Dept. in College of Engineering in participation in the Victory Monument Competition by the General Secretariat in the Council of Ministries and by the direction of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This can be done for the victories and sacrifices of our secure forces on the terrorist Daash and this competition can be done according to the followings:
- The component must be grand.
- It embodies the sacrifices of the Iraqi peoples achieving the big victories on the terrorist Daash gangs.
- It reflects the history of Iraq.
- It assures the unity of Iraq and its sovereignty.
