Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department in Nahrain University has issued he second publication of the University Achievements brochure (2014-2015)and it is a statistical annual one.
The president of Nahrain University , Prof.Dr.Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Shaib says in his opening words ,"The real challenge of University comes with the knowledge economies development ,the economics which is built directly on the production, spread and use knowledge and information in the various productive and service activities assuring that University communicates with the international quality demands after it has achieved advanced positions on the civil ,Arabic and regional levels achieving to the standardized characteristics that make our outputs recognizable in the working market as it was in the past years.
It includes a general survey of the scientific recognition of the patenting and members of associations, the international magazines, the scientific activity of conferences and symposiums . Besides, the training courses, teaching and workshops.
The brochure points out to the rate of statistics of the published researches in the scientific international magazines which have impact factors, the scientific promotion , the participation of lecturers in the scientific and administrative fields inside and outside Iraq, the studying missions, leaves and scholarships as well as a table which includes the written ,published books, media publications which are issued by departments and colleges. Also, the brochure comprises statistic of the coming books, periodicals into the university libraries and the activities by the student’s activity department.
On the same level , the annual statistics (2014-2015) of department is issued for the lecturers and staff of University distributing according to the certificates and the scientific ranking .Besides, the scientific departments according to the students of the undergraduate and postgraduate studies of both English and Arabic languages.
