Development Branch in Continuous Teaching Centre in Al-Nharain University organizes a training program to develop the university leaders and human resources according to the training plan in 2024-2025 with the participation of a number of the academic and administrative leaders and responsibles for branches and units in university.
The program includes a training side on the electronic administration
and instituted sites presented by Prof.Dr.Hukmet Najem Abd Allah , a Dean of Information Engineering in which he deals with the importance of the electronic administration in improving the government services and its benefits to citizens as well as the basic digital skills in electronic government.Besides,he presents the most important program and site of them and its mechanisms for using in the institutional work environment. Moreover, Dr.Kadah Erebey ,a director of Development Branch presents a lecture on the self-skills focusing on the effect of these skills on professional success enabling the trainers to learn the demanded skills in work market.
This program is done according to the directions of Al-Nharain University to achieve the academic and administrative performance and enabling the university leaders to use the tools of wise governance and develop the self-skills and informative ones which come with the demands of modern administration.
