Make Certificate and Mail Merge in your domain.
This add-on enables users to create certificates for multiple users based on a given spreadsheet and template slide. The prepared certificates will be stored in Google Drive inside a created folder and emailed as PDFs to each user. Alternatively, you can choose to save them in your Google Drive without emailing them if no email address is specified.

You can add various details to the certificate from spreadsheet columns, including:

- Exam Score

Preparing Your Spreadsheet
Prepare the spreadsheet columns as follows:
- Full Name
- Exam Score
- Email Address
- Course Code
- Month
Set the name of the first sheet as Sheet1 and the second sheet as Email Template.
Template Slide Fields
Add the required fields in the template slide as:

Email Template
To send a subject and body mail, include them in cell A1 of the second sheet (Email Template). You can personalize the email by adding the user's name as ${"Full Name"}
.

Version 3
- Create another folder for saving copies of the certificates as PDFs.
Version 2
- Customize your email template as desired.
- Prepare certificates, send them by email, and save a copy in Google Drive.
- Option to save certificates in Google Drive without sending an email if no email address is provided.

This is a spreadsheet add-on, meaning CertiMerge can be used by installing the add-on and using a spreadsheet.
