College of Law in Al-Nahrain University discusses a doctorate thesis about the marine environment protection during the conflicts by the researcher Hassen Seed Ratha.The importance of study lies in the definitions of the importance of sea and human oceans and what it is exposed to the huge effects as a result of the armed conflicts as well as searching for solutions and treatments for the damage which affects it.
This study is one of the important studies which provides us with the previous studies in this field and it doesn’t imply the total treatment as the researcher achieves in reading references which are concerned with that ,especially the non-international armed conflicts.
