This pausing in which the deans , instructors , employees and students contribute aims for explaining the role of sacrifice that the leaders of victory perform in liberating the country and establishing security in it.
This pausing implies mourning and reading Al-Fatiha surah memorizing
the victory role for clearing Iraqi land from Daesh.
