Continuous Learning Department in Al-Nahrain University organizes a workshop which includes Branches and Units of Citizens’ Affairs in University Presidency ; it represents important dimensions which Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency assure that it is necessary to apply it in the educational institutions.
The workshop aims for increasing the level of the performance in this field which is held for two days .The first dimension is about the legal dimension(the rules and directions which are concerned with the citizen or employer in administrative side and this paper is presented by Assist-Instructor Arkan Hameed Abd Allah /the Legal Affairs Department. The second dimension is about definition of the tasks of the citizens’ Affairs Branch which is presented by Shamah Abdal Razek and Iseal Muthem.
The second day of this workshop explains the etiquette and how one deals with citizens and this paper is presented by the responsible for the Media Branch ,Ameer Ghazy. The attendants assure that this workshop is important for its valuable information in their specialization.
