To increase and develop the academic reputation for its instructors and researchers and to develop world rankings,Al-Nahrain University has got eight position among the public universities for the efforts of President of the University ,assistant of President for scientific affairs and Quality Assurance and University Performance.
This position of IRU which is issued by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Body of Supervision and scientific Evaluation/ Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Department.
The results are declared by the link http://mohesr.gov.iq/ar/iru .
University of Baghdad is at the first position among public universities and Al-Mustaqbal University College is the first position among private universities.
The evaluation comprises a set of principles including the institution environment , the academic programmes and evaluation of the institutional performance : The performance and dependence 20%,
World Ranking 15%,the activity of the scientific research 20%,
The service of society 5% ,maximize the sources 10%,the teaching staff 10% ,the students15% and the international variety 5%.
