In this study, Aloe vera leaf plant was collected for biosynthesis of Ag nanoparticles. The plant extracted by boiling in presence of stabilizing agent for synthesis Ag nanoparticles, the concentration of the synthesized Ag Nps was (3.5) mg\ml. nanoparticles commercial colloid nanoparticles (Ag and ZnO) and green synthetic Ag NPs identification with UV- VIS spectrophotometer which measuring the optical density in (400, 390, 400) nm respectively, the scanning electron microscope was used to determine the size of nanoparticles which had range between (50-500) nm. The concentrations of nanoparticles measured by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) which give different concentrations of nanoparticles(3.5, 3.8, 4)mg\ml of colloid nanoparticles (Ag and ZnO) and green synthesis Ag Nps respectively. Biosynthetic Ag nanoparticles ,Colloid Ag, ZnO nanoparticles had antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with stock concentrations ,while colloid nanoparticles had antibacterial activity on tested bacteria with other different concentrations (350, 35, 3.5) ug\ml. also ZnO nanoparticles showed antifungal on tested fungi (Aspergillus niger, Pencillum spp and Candida albican) with stock concentration. The ability of nanoparticles to anhance the isolation and purification of DNA was examined. Results showed that biosynthetic Ag nanoparticles and ZnO colloid nanoparticles had ability to increase the purity of isolation DNA with concentration (2, 3.5) mg\ml receptivity; cytotoxicity effect of Aloe vera water extract and nanoparticles was studied. Results showed that Aloe vera extract, biosynthetic Ag nanoparticles and ZnO gave significant effect on HepG2 Cell line with probability (p>0.05). The wounds treatment in mice also was studied .result showed that The Aloe vera extract with concentration (300) mg\ml and nanoparticles with concentration (3.5) mg\ml gave significant effect in wounding treatment compared with silver sulfadiazine (SSD) as control.
