College of Law of Al-Nahrain University Discusses a dissertation entitled “The Activity of The Views of Judges of International Justice Court to Develop The Rules of The International Law”by the student
Najwah Hady Muhammad in the Big Conferences hall of College of Law-Al-Nahrain University.The importance of study implies remedy of shortcoming of the important studies in the field of development by the International Justice Court generally and explains that the judge is free to changes his/her stand not by voting,it may be done via individual opinion or different opinion or make an advertisement.
In addition ,the explanation of the views of judges of the International Justice Court and its activity to develop the international rules .The study is specialized in developing the rules of the international law, seeking by its components which are the rules of the international law
( cogens) rules of commitments towards others ; it will develop the rules of human international law by looking for the structure of this law, develop the customary nature of the human international law as well as develop substantive nature in the frame of using the nuclear weapons by means of the activity of the views of the judges of the international court and increase the scientific knowledge and satisfaction of scientific curiosity.
