This thesis was Carried out on the molecular, Hormonal, pulled Hair and finger prints patterns Study of (AGA) Androgenetic Alopecia by studying the Hormonal fluctuation , pedigree Analysis , protein profile , finger prints and hair shedings for 102 Cases of males that affect with androgenetic alopecia depend on the International classification of alopecia into (mild, sever with control in different ages) . The statistical analysis showed that there is an increase in the incidence rate of AGA in ages of (22-55) years and it was higher in males because it is dominant in males. Hormanal study include the measurement of testosterone level and Heir regression with the severity Androgatic Alopecia by using Radio-Immuno-assay technique (RIA) .Hair pull study included the use of Hair pull test to monitor the hair shedding. Results showed increases the rate of Hair pull in compression with the severity of baldness. The correlation between (Hormonal and Hair pull) study showed a strong relation between the shedy of Hair and level of testosterone hormone in the degrees of baldness. Study the finger print patterns of Androgenetic Alopecia patients showed the high repeating of (radial patterns) in mild and sever baldness and showed the ability to use this result a sadignestic marker for occurrence of (AGA) patients in future. The result obtained from the pedigree Analysis for family (I) illustrated that baldness might have been transmitted as an autosomal dominate trait with the notable vertical pattern of inheritance through the generations with exception in Family (A) in complete pentrance may be the of baldness transmission through generation.
