نظّم قسم ضمان الجودة وتقييم الأداء، بالتنسيق مع مركز التعليم المستمر، ورشة عمل تدريبية بحضور مدير قسم ضمان الجودة، الدكتور زيد أكرم ثابت، إلى جانب مسؤولي شعب ضمان الجودة وممثلي مسار بولونيا من مختلف تشكيلات الجامعة.
استعرض الدكتور زيد أكرم ثابت الهيكل التنظيمي لقسم ضمان الجودة، موضحًا آليات العمل التي ستنعكس على شعب ضمان الجودة في الكليات والمراكز، كما تطرّق إلى مهام مسؤولي الشعب ووحداتها وأعضاء الارتباط، مؤكدًا على أهمية تنظيم الأداء وفق خطة تقويمية تسهم في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية.
من جانبها، قدّمت الأستاذة الدكتورة أسماء كاطع عريبي، مسؤولة القياس والتقويم في القسم، شرحًا حول تنفيذ أدوات القياس (الاستبانات) لتقييم مختلف جوانب العملية التعليمية، وآليات تحليل البيانات ووضع خطط تقويمية لمعالجة التحديات وتعزيز نقاط القوة. كما استعرضت آليات إعداد دليل نظام بولونيا وفق المعايير النموذجية، لضمان التطبيق الأمثل لهذا النظام في التشكيلات المعنية.

The Quality Assurance Department Organizes a Training Workshop on Organizational Structure and Performance Evaluation Mechanisms
The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department, in coordination with the Center for Continuing Education, organized a training workshop attended by Dr. Zaid Akram Thabet, Director of the Quality Assurance Department, along with heads of quality assurance divisions and Bologna Process representatives from various university formations.
Dr. Zaid Akram Thabet presented the organizational structure of the Quality Assurance Department, explaining its operational framework and its impact on quality assurance divisions within colleges and centers. He also outlined the responsibilities of division heads, unit members, and liaison officers, emphasizing the importance of structuring tasks according to a performance evaluation plan to enhance the quality of the educational process.
Additionally, Prof. Dr. Asmaa Kadhim Araibi, Head of Measurement and Evaluation at the department, provided insights on implementing assessment tools (surveys) to evaluate different aspects of the educational process, as well as methods for data analysis and developing corrective action plans to address weaknesses and leverage strengths. She also discussed the preparation of a comprehensive Bologna Process guide, ensuring its optimal implementation in the concerned university formations.
