وقع مدير مركز بحوث التقنيات الأحيائية في جامعة النهرين، الأستاذ الدكتور محمد محمود فرحان، مذكرة تعاون علمي مع عميد كلية التقنيات الصحية والطبية في جامعة المعارف، الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور رائد عبيد السبهاني.
وتهدف المذكرة إلى تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والبحثي بين المؤسستين، حيث تشمل تنفيذ برامج علمية وأكاديمية مشتركة، وتنظيم ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية متخصصة، إضافة إلى تبادل الزيارات العلمية والخبرات بين الباحثين والتدريسيين، والتنسيق في المشاريع البحثية المشتركة بمجالات التقنيات الصحية والتطبيقية.
وأعرب الجانبان عن تطلعهما إلى تحقيق تعاون مثمر يسهم في دعم المسيرة العلمية والبحثية في العراق، وتعزيز تبادل المعرفة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الأكاديمية.

The Biotechnology Research Center at Al-Nahrain University Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Al-Maaref University
The Director of the Biotechnology Research Center at Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Farhan, signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Maaref University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed Obaid Al-Sibahani.
The agreement aims to strengthen academic and research collaboration between the two institutions. It includes implementing joint scientific and academic programs, organizing specialized workshops and training courses, exchanging scientific visits and expertise between researchers and faculty members, and coordinating joint research projects in the fields of health and applied technologies.
Both parties expressed their eagerness to achieve fruitful cooperation that contributes to supporting the scientific and research progress in Iraq and enhancing knowledge exchange between universities and academic institutions.
