نظّم قسم العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية في كلية العلوم السياسية بجامعة النهرين ندوة علمية بعنوان “الأمن الاقتصادي العراقي: رؤية في المهددات واستراتيجيات المواجهة”، بهدف تسليط الضوء على أبرز المخاطر التي تهدد الاقتصاد العراقي واستعراض سبل التصدي لها.
وهدفت الندوة إلى تحليل التحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد الوطني، واقتراح حلول علمية مستندة إلى تجارب دولية ناجحة لتعزيز قدرة العراق على مواجهة الأزمات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
وتضمنت الندوة عرض مجموعة من الأوراق البحثية التي قدّمها عدد من أساتذة القسم، تناولت محاور متعددة تتعلق بمفهوم الأمن الاقتصادي، وتأثير العوامل الداخلية والخارجية على استقراره، إضافة إلى استعراض استراتيجيات المواجهة والسياسات الاقتصادية التي تسهم في تعزيز الاستدامة وتحصين الاقتصاد الوطني من الأزمات المستقبلية.

College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University Organizes a Scientific Seminar on Iraqi Economic Security
The Department of International Economic Relations at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, organized a scientific seminar titled “Iraqi Economic Security: A Vision of Threats and Confrontation Strategies”, aiming to shed light on the key risks threatening the Iraqi economy and explore ways to address them.
The seminar aimed to analyze the challenges facing the national economy and propose scientific solutions based on successful international experiences to enhance Iraq’s ability to confront crises and achieve sustainable development.
The event featured a series of research papers presented by faculty members from the department, covering various topics related to the concept of economic security, the impact of internal and external factors on its stability, as well as reviewing confrontation strategies and economic policies that contribute to strengthening sustainability and safeguarding the national economy against future crises.
