استقبلت كلية هندسة المعلومات في جامعة النهرين وفدًا من شركة هواوي لبحث آفاق التعاون المشترك في تطوير المهارات التقنية للطلبة والخريجين، بما يواكب متطلبات سوق العمل. ضمّ الوفد السيد وانغ تشيوين، مدير حلول القنوات، والسيدة فاطمة حسن محمد، مديرة تمكين الشركاء، وكان في استقبالهم الأستاذ الدكتور حكمت نجم عبدالله، عميد الكلية، إلى جانب عدد من الأساتذة المعنيين.
هدفت الزيارة إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين الكلية وشركة هواوي من خلال توفير بيئة تدريبية متكاملة تسهم في صقل مهارات الطلبة وتزويدهم بالخبرات اللازمة لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال هندسة المعلومات والاتصالات.
وتضمن اللقاء مناقشة إمكانية توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مستدامة، تتضمن إنشاء قاعات تدريبية متخصصة داخل الكلية، مما يسهم في توفير بيئة تعليمية حديثة تدعم التطوير التقني والأكاديمي، وتمكّن الطلبة من الاستفادة من أحدث التقنيات والتطبيقات التكنولوجية المقدمة من هواوي.

College of Information Engineering at Al-Nahrain University Welcomes Huawei Delegation to Enhance Technical Cooperation
The College of Information Engineering at Al-Nahrain University welcomed a delegation from Huawei to explore opportunities for collaborative efforts in developing technical skills for students and graduates, aligning with labor market demands. The delegation included Mr. Wang Qiuwen, Channel Solutions Manager, and Ms. Fatima Hassan Mohammed, Partner Enablement Manager. They were received by Prof. Dr. Hikmat Najm Abdullah, Dean of the College, along with several faculty members.
The visit aimed to strengthen the partnership between the college and Huawei by providing a comprehensive training environment that enhances students’ skills and equips them with the expertise needed to keep pace with technological advancements in information and communication engineering.
The discussions also covered the possibility of signing a long-term cooperation agreement, through which Huawei would establish specialized training halls within the college. This initiative would create a modern learning environment, supporting technical and academic development while enabling students to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and applications provided by Huawei.
