نظّمت وحدة شؤون المرأة في كلية التقنيات الأحيائية بجامعة النهرين ندوة توعوية بعنوان “قانون انضباط موظفي الدولة”، بحضور عميد الكلية الأستاذ الدكتور محسن هاشم رسن، و عدد من أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية والموظفين.
وقدّمت القانونية سارة عماد خضير محاضرة تناولت خلالها أبرز القوانين والإجراءات المنظمة لعمل موظفي الدولة، وآليات ضمان الالتزام بالضوابط المهنية والأخلاقية داخل المؤسسات الحكومية. كما ناقشت المحاضرة حقوق الموظفين وواجباتهم، بالإضافة إلى التبعات القانونية المترتبة على المخالفات الإدارية.
وتهدف الندوة إلى تعزيز الثقافة القانونية لدى الموظفين، ونشر الوعي بالقوانين التي تحكم العمل في القطاع العام، بما يسهم في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي وخلق بيئة عمل منضبطة وفعالة.

The College of Biotechnology Organizes an Awareness Seminar on the State Employees Discipline Law
The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Biotechnology, Al-Nahrain University, organized an awareness seminar titled “State Employees Discipline Law,” under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mohsen Hashem Rasan, with the attendance of several faculty members and employees.
Legal expert Sara Imad Khudair delivered a lecture discussing key laws and regulations governing the work of state employees, the legal mechanisms to ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards within government institutions, as well as employees’ rights and responsibilities and the legal consequences of administrative violations.
The seminar aimed to enhance employees’ legal awareness and spread knowledge of the laws regulating work in the public sector, contributing to improved institutional performance and fostering a more disciplined and efficient work environment.
