College of Biotechnologies in Al-Nahrain University opens a new research library entitled A Library of Viruses. This College attempts to help the researchers and students in the medical , biotechnological and engineering specializations to make the scientific experiences , present the direct exposures and scenes of the scientific method and operations , the means one uses the materials , add them and notice their results and methods of analysis.
This initiative is presented by Dr.Husan Muahammad Naif,the lecturer in this college who receives a capital grant to institutionalize the first specialist library in the Molecular Biology in the higher education libraries to expand more in the future and present the applied libraries services.
The library includes the imported instruments as the peaceful biological instrument which deals with the microbiologies and the dangerous viruses in sterilized places that ensures the safety of instruments without being polluted and the safety of researcher and student at the same time ,the instruments of electrophoresis and measuring , reading DNA and RNA called the smart scanner to analyze the electrophoresis electronically
authenticating the result of the scientific exposure and publication. Besides, the library is provided by an instrument of serialization of materials and their preparation of the library work of high quality and instruments to extract DNA from the blood cell. All this is done to brighten the scientific material of this developed specialization and develop the scientific research performance by the abilities of the scientific university.
