The President of Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Shawi, receives the new international students enrolled in the university’s colleges and departments during a welcoming meeting organized by the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University Presidency and hosted by the College of Information Engineering.
The University President is received by the Dean of the College of Information Engineering, Professor Dr. Hikmat Najm Abdullah, along with the College’s Administrative Assistant and the Head of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Division.
During the meeting, the University President listens to the main challenges faced by international students regarding registration procedures, academic integration, and housing. He directs the relevant authorities to overcome all obstacles and provide the necessary support to ensure the students’ stability and the smooth continuation of their studies.
This meeting comes as part of Al-Nahrain University’s commitment to supporting the “Study in Iraq” initiative and enhancing an attractive educational environment for international students, ensuring outstanding academic opportunities and fostering an atmosphere of cultural and scientific exchange within the university.
