Minster of Higher Education and Scientific Research ,Abd Al-Razak Abdul Jalil Al-Essa presents the national ranking of universities of the Iraqi Universities quality on Al-Nahrain platform which is regarded as the first project on the Iraqi level interesting in evaluating and ranking the Universities to identify the extent of their scientific and academic diligence depending on the methodological bases to achieve the scientific and academic levels .This ranking is regarded as a basic pointer of the performance abilities development and diagnosis the strength and weakness points .Besides, it creates a big competition among the Universities according to the scientific principles to present the best outcomes depending on the quality principles and broadcasting its scientific outcomes to the business market which participate in enriching the abilities of the different specializations. Al-Essa adds that the Iraqi Universities are subject to a number of the world evaluations which enable us to know its position among the World Universities according to the dependent principles.
At the same level , Prof.Dr.Nabil Al-A'araji , apparatus of supervision and scientific Evaluation ,presents a general methodological vision about the project and the mechanisms on the basis of the methods of employment of its vocabularies ; he assures that the project has a number of the evaluation systems which means the scientific research pointers , the University Performance and many activities including symposiums, conferences ,workshops, infrastructures and the Teaching Performance . On this occasion ,the Minster of Higher Education and Scientific Research honours the representative, Majdah Al-Tamimi for her supporting stand for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research .At the end ,it is ended by the national athlete.
