The Electronic and Communications Engineering Department in AL- Nehrain university has hosted the director of the Wireless Communications Research Center at the University of Brunel in London, Dr. Hamid Sfey Fydhee Alroashdi. He has given a series of lectures in the field of advanced communications, on the Tigris hall, in the presence of a number of teaching staff and specialists, and graduate students in the College of Engineering.
The lectures, which lasts for five days, included four parts concerning modern communications engineering. The first has tackled the 3G third generation technology and the second revolved around the 4 G four generation Technology . The third part, concentrated on the 5G five generation technology , while the fourth shed light on the latest developments in the ongoing engineering research which is taking place inside and outside the country in the field of communication engineering.
