Prof.Dr.Faheq Muhammad Sarhan ,an Instructor of the Higher Institute of Forensic Science at Al-Nahrain University, contributes to the preparation of a joint applied scientific research with a researcher from Ministry of Education ,entitled Performance Assessment of Ready-Mix of Concrete Plant Managers Using 360 ° Technique.
The research sheds light on the use of total feedback(360 mark)in evaluating the managers of ready-mixed concrete industries in Baghdad.
The results shows that the efficiency of this technique in identifying the administrative gaps by comparing the self-evaluation with the evaluation of working team which contributes in improving the administrative performance and enhance the organized quality.
